Amanda Fritz has worked in the assessment industry for over 24 years, leading the design, development, and operations of multiple product and service offerings. As the Senior Vice President of Content Solutions, she develops and drives initiatives to produce best in class research-based content for NWEAā€™s products and services.Ā  Responsible for the development of all content within NWEA assessments, (including MAP Growth, Reading Fluency, large-scale solutions for state assessment programs, with a focus on math, science, language arts, and Spanish), Amanda oversees the following departments; Assessment Design, Assessment Production, Content Publishing, and Content Connections. Prior to her current role, Amanda led multiple enterprise initiatives, some of which include; the transition from paper to computerized delivery of MAP Growth, OECD Test for Schools, the launch of Web-Based MAP, and enterprise-level strategic planning. Ā  Deeply committed to NWEAā€™s mission, Amanda brings a passion and drive to her work that pushes her team, and the organization, to continually raise expectations of what it means to help all kids learn.

She has a M.B.A from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as a B.A. degree in English Literature from Oregon State University.
