16 resources for putting MAP Growth assessment data to work

Educators can use MAP® Growth™ assessment data to support student growth and achievement in numerous ways. One of those ways is leveraging NWEA instructional connections. These partners are supplemental curriculum providers, data aggregation platforms, and suppliers of resources for reading teachers that allow you to connect your MAP Growth assessment data to tools for a variety of subjects and grade levels.

Here’s a current list of some of the available connections:

1. HMH Read 180®

Grades covered: 3–12

Subject: Reading

Intended for use in grades 3–12, this research-based and comprehensive Tier II and Tier III intervention is designed to accelerate literacy growth for striving readers, special education students, and multilingual learners, including newcomers.

2. HMH Math 180®

Grades covered: 3–12

Subject: Math

This research-based intensive intervention program builds confidence and competence in math while providing teachers with comprehensive support. The program offers engaging, differentiated instruction through teacher-led instruction and an adaptive, personalized student application.

3. HMH Waggle®

Grades covered: K–8

Subjects: Math, reading

This K–8 supplemental math and ELA product personalizes practice and instruction for students. It is fully digital and can be accessed through HMH’s Ed platform. ​

4. ClassHero

Grades covered: K–8

Subject: Math

ClassHero provides blended-learning and online support focused on the areas of daily progress, real-time monitoring, and differentiation. It helps with personalized daily math practice and daily learning targets.

5. DreamBox Learning

Grades covered: K–8

Subject: Math

DreamBox Learning Math is the only K–8 digital math program powered by students, built by and for educators, and independently proven to positively impact student achievement. It differentiates assignments for individual learners and delivers real-time data to help identify where students are in the learning process.

6. Edmentum Exact Path

Grades covered: K–12

Subjects: Math, reading, progress monitoring

Edmentum’s programs are explicitly designed to help K–12 students master the content specified in state and Common Core standards and improve performance in core skill areas. It adapts instruction based on student performance and provides just-in-time remediation and acceleration. 7. Curriculum Advantage Classworks

Classworks is an interactive online instruction solution that provides individual learning pathways for students, including direct instruction, skills practice, and formative mastery checks. It also tracks progress with a color-coded dashboard.

8. Learning A–Z Raz-Plus

Grades covered: K–5

Subject: Reading

Raz-Plus makes blended learning easier with thousands of differentiated reading resources that strengthen the connection between what is taught and what students practice on their own. Correlations indicate targeted resources based on student RIT scores, and Raz-Plus provides correlations for each RIT level.

9. eSpark Learning

Grades covered: K–5

Subjects: Math, reading

eSpark is an adaptive online program providing math and reading instruction for K–5 students. It places students into learning pathways based on their instruction-area RIT scores.

10. Imagine Learning Imagine Language and Literacy

Grades covered: K–6

Subjects: Reading, language usage

Through a systematic approach to vocabulary, grammar, and language conventions, Imagine Language and Literacy explicitly teaches students the skills that are critical to reading comprehension and language proficiency, empowering them to unlock learning across all subject areas. It focuses on small interventions.

11. Imagine Learning Imagine Math

Imagine Math is a research-based and adaptive online supplemental math solution suite for students.
