Amber (Abeer) Ahmad

Amber Ahmad was born in Chicago and is the daughter of immigrants to the US. This mixed background of ancestry and cultures has strongly embodied within her the spirit of diversity. Her life’s first-hand experiences have solidified her understanding of the importance that all children are unique and deserve the chance to learn and achieve their dreams. Amber, who currently resides in Florida, has almost two decades of experience in education and joined NWEA in 2020 as a professional learning consultant. Since joining NWEA, she has facilitated many professional learning workshops for districts across the nation and is very actively involved in various ongoing projects.
