She currently serves as the director of curriculum and innovation at Allendale Columbia School in Rochester, New York, and has expertise in literacy, numeracy, early childhood, social and emotional learning, assessment, and special education. Ann Marie holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Gonzaga University with a research focus on cultural intelligence and women’s leadership.
