Kim joined NWEA in 2010 as a content specialist and is currently the content equity lead responsible for overseeing content development through an equity lens. Over the past decade, Kim has taken a “dig where you stand” approach to leading from her role, collaborating with others to learn about equity and making good trouble to disrupt inequitable policies and practices in support of NWEA DEIA initiatives.
