Samantha Musacchia

Samantha Musacchia joined NWEA as senior manager of Policy and Advocacy in 2019 and currently serves as chief of staff for Business Operations. Samantha’s work focuses on leveraging insights gleaned from NWEA products, research, and professional learning services to influence policy change at the state and federal levels. Prior to joining NWEA, Samantha held positions at the National Governors Association and Foundation for Excellence in Education (ExcelinEd), where she conducted state and federal policy analyses and provided state policymakers and leaders with information concerning best practices and trends in K–12 education policy. Samantha holds a bachelor’s in social science education from the University of Central Florida and a master’s in public administration from Florida State University. She originally hails from Melbourne, Florida.
