Collaboratively analyze your MAP Growth or MAP Reading Fluency dataā€”and generate tailored action steps that fit your unique needs.

Integrate data into instruction

Instructional coaches will learn how to support teachers in using data to enhance their classroom practices, while teachers and grade-level teams will focus on instructional next steps.

Align plans vertically

Grade-level leads will work with our consultants to ensure alignment of data analysis and planning across grades, leading to a cohesive, school-wide improvement plan.

You can expect an engaging experience where you will:

  • Build a foundation in assessment literacy. Focus on developing a culture of data use, ensuring that your team members understand how to use assessment data effectively.
  • Set clear goals. Identify where your school or district currently stands and where you aim to be, based on MAP data insights.
  • Engage in a cycle of inquiry. Use a structured protocol to guide your planning:
    • Predictionā€”anticipate outcomes and possible areas of focus based on data.
    • Observationā€”analyze and interpret the actual data to see trends and insights.
    • Explanationā€”discuss the reasons behind the data and what it means for student learning.
    • Action planningā€”develop a practical, detailed action plan using NWEA resources to move forward.
