Yanming Jiang serves as lead psychometrician for the New York programs in ELA, mathematics, and science. Her research interests include equating, multistage testing, vertical scaling, and subscore reporting. Before joining NWEA in 2022, she worked at ETS on several large-scale state testing programs, including California legacy assessments, California Smarter Balanced Summative Assessments, California Science Tests, and Tennessee Comprehensive Assessments. Dr. Jiang received her PhD in statistics from the University of Iowa.
